I am sure he is. But that chick was out of his league from the beginning. So he got to bang her, got her preggers, married her and she divorced him? It doesnt make sense.

I'd normally feel bad about this but it was pretty obvious from the very start of the marriage that he got married and still lived the exact same life he did as a bachelor.

That just doesn't work and it is dumb to get married if that is what you want.

I'm not interested in the guy's personal life but since so many of you are, I'll say that the docket report suggests that this divorce was completely cooperative and amicable.

I don't even think the band was the issue. At least he gets paid for that.

He would talk a lot about late nights at the poker tables. I understand not wanting to give up everything you did prior to marriage but that seems like a recipe for a quick divorce.

I think you might be underestimating the band part . You're a new father Rick, how would it play in your house if you disappeared several evenings a month for a hobby and then a couple weekends for the gig? Especially if presumably, your wife worked all day and you work 4 hours then ditch out to leave her with the baby at night?
