Both guys predicted. It should be easy, Jason Goff said. They're going to kill them. Not an even matchup.

We'll see Tuesday night...

Even if the Cubs take the next 3 and win in 5, it's still a stupid comment by Goff to say it's gonna be easy. It's baseball. There is no way to predict anything. Let alone do it with the confidence of Goff.

Especially between two good teams. Yes, the Cubs are better on paper. But the recent paper says the Cubs offense isn't very good. The recent paper says Rizzo isn't a top 3 MVP guy.

Yeah, they should win it. But IT'S BASEBALL, GOFFER.

this show is nothing but positive for the series. Should be fun watching 'em go down in flames. Giving Kaplan a run for his money.

I thought I heard Goff saying yesterday no need to panic until you lose to Hill or Urias. I think they were following Bernsie's talking points of it was Kershaw. So today we will see if they allow fans to panic or not.

Yeah, these guys fall into the trap of thinking about the 162. Which doesn't matter at this point. Goff and Spiegel: Well, they won 103 games, they were by far the best team in baseball by any metric, so they'll win every playoff series. It's that simple. Beardown: No, dumb asses. Doesn't work that way. Shocked Spiegel thinks that way as he's a baseball guy. I expect it from Goff. He doesn't know or like baseball that much. He thinks it's like basketball where everybody knows the Warriors are gonna be in the finals. Cuz it is that simple in the NBA.
