Goff was off last week. Now it's his turn.

I won't be able to hear it. Nor will most of America. Me and America will come here to read these great words. Jason Goff is the only person that can put this in perspective and speak for the people. He's the only one. I want somebody to recite the exact comments here.

Don't do it for me. Cuz I know you won't if it was just for me. You hate me. Do it for America!!!

This is really, really important.

America awaits with baited breath. She turns her lonely eyes to you.

Thank you. God bless Jason Goff and God bless America.

He is probably going to try to get something to go viral again.

IF Goff really was suspended, makes you wonder how big fat red can go on and on and on about all her bs.

Why would he have been suspended?

Spiegel really hates Dave Diehl. He said he's an "empty football suit" who is nothing but cliches and has nothing original to say. This, of course, from the fountain of creativity and originality that is a member of a cover band.

To be fair, Diehl was bad. When he extolled the Tampa running game, I was like, "huh".

I would love to hear a new Score show with Big Cat Williams and John Lackey partnered up...

Antihistamine sponsors would be ideal.

Hypothetical Dave Diehl was a great listen.

Diehl was born in Chicago, Illinois. Diehl attended Brother Rice High School in Chicago, where he starred for the football, wrestling, and track teams. He also attended St. Linus Grammar school in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Where's the love for the Chicago guy?

Oh wait there's more:

Diehl played at the University of Illinois, and is a fan of the university's former symbol, Chief Illiniwek. During player introductions on TV, he states his school as "University of Chief Illiniwek." He also has an image of Chief Illiniwek tattooed on his arm.

I had mixed feelings with his comments that Tampa's defense was "lock down". I mean, Howard seem to run 15 yards at a clip on every other carry. On the other hand, they generated a lot of turnovers and kept the Bears from a scoring most of the game. It's just hard to be lock down when you can't stop the run. Luckily for Tampa, Jay was throwing the ball to the wrong team all day.

He's not very good.

I just kind of wanted an excuse to take a shot at Spiegel.

Do you really need an excuse, right? Just listen to him speak, right? I mean, he has deep thoughts, right?

Fire away. I encourage it. As soon as I hear Matt and Jason's voices on the radio, I switch to the dumpster fire we like to call ESPN 1000. That is how much I despise the midday show.

Kaplan is so smug and untolerable. It's torture to see his guests from the Tribune suck up, calling him "Kap." He's at his worst when he's shilling for Harry Caray's restaurants. I wonder if he ever pays for a meal there. He's the new Irv Kupcinet ("Let's check scores around the league while we're enjoying our sandwiches from Eli's.")

Rick Gubitz · District Claims Manager at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance
Dave Kaplan is great on tv and his ESPN radio show.

BO NH · Ops Mgr at Valentino LTD
You can't drop Kaplan ! Who else is going to talk about his Corvette, his wife that works at Malnatis, or the special water he drinks, his steak house that he frequents, his betting, his workouts, the hair transplant offer he declined etc etc etc. Self Absorbed is an understatement.

sports T V and radio is dying. nobody wants to watch or hear opinionated egos talk about stuff they know almost nothing about anymore. they just want to watch the game. they can get unbiased facts on line now and not pay for it

Brian Mayer · Joliet Junior College
I stopped watching when they were planning the Cubs victory parade the 2nd month into the baseball season.
Kap is ok he just wears the Cubs on his sleeve which is fine. But everyday Cubs talk was too much to handle.

Well, did he give a speech? Did he cry? Why hasn't anybody posted it?

Does he think he'll be rounded up with Bernsetin and his son? Is he nervous that he'll be in the same concentration camp as Bernstein? That would suck for Goff. Will Goff call his concentration camp "The crib".

I listened for about the first 15 minutes until I got downtown and the reception went to shit. So not quite to the first commercial break.

He was pretty rambling, even for him.

Seems like his baby mama is having some serious complications with her pregnancy, and that deservedly took up much of his focus last week. He said he spent much of the week at Northwestern Memorial's women's hospital (name evades me now).

He tried to reassure everybody that she was ok and that the baby was ok. But he was struggling to be confident about the latter point. Having had friends and family who have gone through similar things, I can imagine that he's an absolute wreck and that the last thing he wants to talk about is Jay Cutler and John Fox.

I'm fine with Goff too but this over the top love and support for Cam Newton is kinda off putting.

He said to start the season that Cam had plenty of reasons to not dive for that ball in the super bowl because "he knows he'll be back again and it will be different"

Now today he talks about his bad O Line and that the team has super bowl hangover.

Just own up to it...Cam has a lot of weakness throwing. That's a big issue for them.
