They're talking about (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky going forward. Parkins, Spiegel, and Zawaski all said "You can rule out him being bad. Won't happen." All three agreed that injury or Bears not surrounding him with talent is the only way he will not succeed. Shep was the only voice of reason saying Mitch could easily just not be that good. Parkins usually doesn't offer opinions this bad. Spiegs and Zawaski do all the time so that wasn't surprising. |

We rolled with a terrible QB for like 9 years. He's better than that. |

It's fair to blame that on terrible coaching and being a rookie, but saying there's no way he's going to be bad is a pretty bold take considering what we saw this year. |

Thats how most of the Bear fans feel on this very board..it makes no sense and I'm not sure how anybody could feel that way..I think he looks Bad.. Bad pocket footwirk, bad pocket awareness and he's a checkdown charlie. |

Maybe parkins is trying to position himself for the afternoon show where bad thoughts have been a staple |

One of the recurring traits that I keep hearing about (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, even from Pace and coaches, is that he's very "coachable." I know we had an "uncoachable" QB in Cutler, but in general, is it really a good thing to say your QB's big strength is that he's coachable? Did people ever priase Marino or Montana or Young or Luck or Rodgers etc. by saying they were coachable? |

The notion that Mitch doesn’t make the same mistake twice is the key. Just a sign that he can improve, not sure it’s anything more than that. |

cutler had all the physical tools you could ask for, never put it together for a season. we have nothing to suggest micthell is immune to a similar fate |

I know it’s been a big talking point with Wentz going back to the draft. |

Cutty never had any..Ive yet to see Mitch show any as well. |

Cutler had a great team and coach around him. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky had neither. |

For almost a decade the Cutler apologists blamed the coaching, line, receivers etc. I see the same people saying the same shit about about Mitch already. |

Come on. Cutler had 9 years. At least give (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky 2. |
