Wow. He just signed a 2 year deal 3 months ago according to this article. Score management doesn't know what they're doing if they fire somebody right after the extend them.

But Spiegel will be a back up at the station. If I'm Spiegel, I'm not mad at all. Two years of pay, assuming no options, for a limited role is great. So don't cry for Spiegel.
