Thanks to the flashback video of Region Sports tonight I was able to relive the great Hobart and Munster regional championship game that was realistically the state title game. One of the announcers for the game is none other than Danny Mac!

A young RFDC was in attendance for this epic game! One of the best football games I have ever watched.

Mac what are your memories of this game? As a Highland guy were you cheering for the Brickies or the Mustangs?

I have family that lives in Munster. When I was in Poland one of the town squares had a memorial to the Hanseatic League by having the emblem of the major cities embedded along the outside border of the square. Munster was one of the major cities so I took a picture of the family next to its emblem and sent it to the Munster residents. They were confused by the text as they didn't know their town had a similarly named brother in Europe.

I do, however, regularly get told Munster, Indiana is one of the top school districts in the state
