I heard it for the first time today. That has to be something you never shake. Kudos to Mac for being willing to share. Hopefully discussing it is therapeutic.

As someone who just had a suicide in my family not too long ago I can sympathize... but I'll never understand how it would be to have my parent do that. God bless mac.

When Urlacher's mom died there was never a cause of death follow-up.

He's been baring his soul quite a bit over the past few days. The discussion of the ways parenthood changes you was the type of introspection you certainly do not expect from sports talk radio, but was completely accurate.
