Danny Mac went into a detailed breakdown of d line play, filling gaps, keeping outside shoulder free, good stuff. Parkins had nothing, like a majority of the current hosts his knowledge of football is limited to watching skiill position players. His only reply was, "it's really hard to evaluate defensive players", must be frustrating for Mac, especially when he gets worked up into a full NFL lather. Parkins limitations are becoming more and more evident, really seems he is better suited to do a CBS national show.

Well said Claw.

He has little depth of personality beyond his own addictions.

Not sure if basic breakdown of what constitutes good D line play is "coach talk", it's all pretty evident if you know anything about basic football, without that baseline knowledge level your analysis ability is limited. This is especially applicable this week when the way to victory for the Vikes is to pound the ball. Look for original or unique thoughts from the hosts, not just repeating what everyone else thinks. Most of the content originates from beat guys, thoughts the team or agents want you to know and share. You hear these exact same takes repeated all day long from all the hosts. Just found it refreshing to hear a different take applied.

I much prefer Mac telling us stories about his legendary lust for locker room anaconda! Especially the black kind.

Parkins seemed really worried about Mitch's "confidence" if team keeps winning while he's out? Why does that matter, NFL is a win now league and if your journeyman backup QB outplays your franchise boy you need to find a different franchise boy.
