I noticed that weekday hosts are taking some weekend shifts at times the station is expecting a surge in listenership. Mully has taken a few Bears pre and posts. Parkins took a pre game shift this weekend. Sir has always gladly jumped in to the studio when something important is going down. I like this as a programming tool and commend both Mitch and the talent. Give them a comp day off in february when there is nothing to talk about. It's great to have your best talent broadcasting when people are listening. |

Parkins' weekend solo pre NFL show is his signature, painful, seemingly endless monologue. Then he had his squeaky voiced gambling "expert" on. |

Parkins had a guy on talking about the Super Bowl entertainment. "There'll be entertainment the whole family can enjoy. Everybody likes Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre." A rare instance where motor mouth Parkins was at a loss for words. |
