Funny as I flipped on my former favorite radio show is the 3 to 6 time slot today and Bruce Levine mentions that AC/DC will be doing a show at the US Cell this Summer and as he made a referrence to the former guy who sat in the big chair he say's "I can't mention his name or I'll get fined".. Tell me this guy's joking mac. Has it become that childish that you're name can't be mentioned on the station now?

Not to mention the lame cheap shot from Tiny: "I wonder if it will be too cold that night at the cell"...like he should talk. "Fatha!"

ACDC is really playing at the Cell?

Maybe with AC/DC there they can actually sell the place out for a change

There is no sitting down at a show featuring these wacky Aussies.

Sox had 2.5 million walk thru the gate last season with 15 sellouts and a season Average attendence of 30,560 which was 6th in MLB. The Cubs als'er led MLB in attendence and stupidty in 2008.

They should give him a raise for bringing up the quality of the show by mentioning Dan's name. If I were a betting man, which I am, I would bet Danny won't miss Bruce Levine much - he was a salty old bastich.

That was just Bruce doing an excessive job of CYA. Silvy has mentioned him by name a number of times since the part, as recently as Friday and Monday in reference to the bottle of Bourbon Danny Z re-gifted to Waddle for his BDay.

I was going to call into the show yesterday when they were talking about how Wrigley to Miller Park is a 90 minute commute... It is 90.1 miles. You may be able to do it in 90 minutes at 3:00 am....if you were Jurko and drove 90 MILES PER HOUR! (on Addison no less) get a map Ponce De LeFalco anyway...call in and say something along that lines that "Mac sounds different." Does this mean that I would've received an invoice on Mouse letterhead? to borrow from George Carlin: Apparrently Mac is one of the 7...er 8, dirty words you cannot say...

I'd defintely be down as well. As just a casual fan, Mac, I'd hear enough of the crowd pleasers to make attending this show worthwhile? A handful of songs outside the hits that you would recommend for download?

Frank, happy to be of assistance. AC/DC's set list is consistent. It's a lock they will play: Back In Black Highway To Hell You Shook Me All Night Long TNT Shoot To Thrill Thunderstruck Dirty Deeds The Jack Whole Lotta Rosie For Those About To Rock (show closer invariably) From the new album, they will play "Big Jack" and likely the title track, "Black Ice." Wish they'd dig a little deeper into the Bon Scott Era (ANYTHING from the underrated "Powerage" album would be cool)... but it's always a fun show. There is no sitting down at a show featuring these wacky Aussies. Tasty off the beaten path AC/DC tunes for downloadage: Riff Raff Gone Shootin' (that's the one I belt out with "Bonfire"... JJ Kelley's Lansing next month) Shot Down In Flames If You Want Blood (can't believe they almost never play this one) Girl's Got Rhythm Night Prowler I'm sure others will share some thoughts with you. That's my two cents. We'll have to tailgate in the E lot for this hootenany.

Dirty Deeds top to bottom is one of my favorite albulms ever. Highway to Hell is great and deserves its accolades but Dirty Deeds is underrated in its awesomness.
