but thus far, i can't say that i do. meatpants does nothing for me. at least harry and jurko sucked enough for me to feel some antipathy. this show is just boring. i hope to god that this never becomes a three man gig when jurko jumps ship. i hate harry as much as the next guy, but at least he disagreed with mac once in a while. mac + sycophants = sucktastic radio.` |

If you're saying Meatpants never disagress with Dan, then you're just not listening. They have argued plenty and this is still the first week. The difference between he and Harry is that he usually has a reasonable counter argument to make whereas Harry just whined and made bad jokes. If your argument is that Harry sucks more than Meatpants, then you're right. I don't really understand why you hold that against Meatpants. So this show sucks because....the co host DOESN'T suck enough? |

Is this your 2nd or 3rd thread with the fact that you don't like the show? I've lost count... Feel free to turn the dial to the crapfest on AM 1000 or for the geriatric in you 720. |

Spiegel was a little over-the-top and annoying at first, but he's starting to win me over. Its going to be a great show, and it's in a different stratosphere than Mike F'n Murphy already |

I think once the "newness" of being on a prime time show wears off, Matt will probably yell less and have a more relaxed and pleasing tone. He's a little (as MJ used to put it) "geeked up" right now, which is understandable. I think that after they are together for 2-3 weeks, we will get a better idea of what they have to offer as a team. I got a kick out of Matt wanting to bet Mac yesterday, whether or not Soto would get 2 hits, with the stakes suggested by Meatpants being full control over the content of the 11:00 hour of the show. The boy has some big idea's already, I guess. He's gotta simmer down a bit. I loved Mac's resonse, with the reference to the scene in Rounders, with the Judge saying that he doesn't wager such things, but if he could read his hand, he would put his name at the top of the list. |
