Did Mac ever reveal his problems with ESPN 1000 as promised? I was out of town. I'd love to hear his rant about his old station & employees.

They switched from whole bean to pre-ground coffee in the employee break room.

To answer your question, he went after Pastor on a Tuesday but to my knowledge Mac hasn't gone after anyone else. He takes shots at the four letter network every now and again but hasn't opened up a can for the most part. Much to my disappointment.

I'm going to be here at the Score for a long time... at least 48 more weeks after this one. "All good things to those who wait." --Hannibal Lecter

48 weeks? Apparently you still have a little ESPN left in ya

That is the definition of a tease

mac, the story is starting to lose its legs. You might want to tell all before your listeners forget you even used to work there.

Oh yeah, just like we have all forgotten about the heavy fuel crew.....

48 weeks is not a long time. Bashinng a former employer is not entertaining, and is actually a bit uncomfortable to listen to. Then again, the more Mac talks the less Matt talks, so in that respect I am for anything Mac says!

Dan may be in a position to want to return to ESPN1000 in 48 weeks.

Burning bridges guarantees that he wont return to AM1000.

DaaMaaNeeel only inked a one year deal with the Score? Did we know that (obviously "we" being everyone but me)?

ESPN 100 is unlistenable.

He didn't really want to leave, it wasn't his choice. Why would they want him back next year if they didn't want him this year?

I'm glad someone got that. If nobody got it then I just look like an idiot typing "ESPN 100"

Don't sweat it, typing "ESPN 100" is the least of your worries in that regard...

His option was not picked up due to costs. It was not a question of production or personalities. The cost is now significantly less.

Don't confuse SID with any facts about the situation.

Sure didn't sound like they were even negotiating a paycut. Just a good bye.

The more likely scenario is that Mac would not negotiate with them due to them declining an option and overtures being made from more attractive outlets.
