Post subject:  Spiegel producing Les Grobstein?
Last night I was up late and as I am getting ready to turn in, I have the Score on at 1:55 & the Grobber show starts. During Les' opening remarks I thought I heard him say that Matt Spiegel was his producer. Is that correct? Is Spiegel working nights as the Grobbers producer?

Meatball works overnights and then goes on air at 9? That explains why hes so damn boring. Maybe they should change the name of the show to Barney and Sleepy.

I thought his job on the DMS was supposed to pay him enough coin not to have to do this. Then he again he now works 6 days a week, so who knows. Mac certainly likes to bring up that Spiegs has never made money in his life.

Speaking of sharks, has anybody heard about the Jaws "behind the scenes" documentary? It's kind of like "Empire of Dreams" for Star Wars, I think.

It's news to me if Matt Spiegel is producing the new Les Grobstein show overnights, Scorehead. :( Spiegel mentioned something today that he's replacing Zach Zaidman as new host of "Hit & Run" starting this Sunday morning...Hopefully he'll have enough energy come 9a Sunday, building a bridge to the White Sox/Twins' game...

I swore I would never post in this forum again, but just wanted to point out that I gave a listen to the beginning of Les' first podcast segment last night - and he asked "Matt" a question on mic, and when Matt replied it certainly did not sound like horrid meatpants to me.
