As I arrived very early in bringing some tents, Buzzbait Brian and company already had their tent set up and fires rolling, so within minutes we had some fresh venison strips and fried blue gil, with 2 sauces, (chiptole and ?). Not sure I ever had the blue gil, but it was damn good. I will get back to the Buzzbait Buffet in second.

The rain created a hurdle but the tents made preparation possible, so MAC fired up the kingsfords.

I opened with a Kerry Sayers rice krispie treat, which an excellent item to have on hand for the energy needed to prepare the tents and I was really hungry, as I didnt eat awaiting this food fest.

First to come off the grill was the 30 grams of fat hot dogs. Have to say, a great hot dog! heard reviews in the 8 to 9 range for the dog from others. Next came a cheeseburger. Tough to get the burgers done right when cooking for more than 5, but an excellent burger as well, not overcooked as I would have probably done.(Harry forgot the cheese, but the issue was resolved) Had the spicy lamb burger, which I make at home as well and when I had a bite I thought "Tsekis (sp?)" sauce was needed and I even was going to bring some! Totally frogot, but still a good lamb burger.

Mustard marinated brats, excellent, had 2! Then made it back over to the Buzzbait buffet for my favorite item, the venison italian sausages in a peppers and onion mix. Skipped the bread, so I could have a few more thousand peices. Also had the venison balls, but none were left after WZ and Eaglo devoured them!

While I was more than happy to make fun of the lack of 23 different asparagi, the thai peanut asparagus excellent. I am not sure if that was a Miska or Spiegel prepared item, but Miska was cooking them, excellent.

I did not get a cheesecaske brownie, only because by the time I reached from them only 2 or so remined and the humidity had ravaged them, but I did have the brownie cookies! I am not sure where they came from (Jewel?), but I swear I was looking for some milk! EXCELLENT. Hard shell almost on the outside and gooey inside!

Not going to go into everyon I said HEY to, but it did give me a new good idea.

Liked the food reviews, but Bigfan, that camera work makes Blair Witch Project look like it was filmed on a tripod.

it was from my camera and I was going to do a few more (better ones) then the rain came back. Probably would not have even taken the camera out if I didnt go back to my car to dry my feet! But I should have taken a few more, but I figured it was my duty to film all the buzz bait brian sausage (in the aluminum trays) before I ate all it.

You know how you know you're gay?

You have an Asia poster or do food reviews on a sportsradio message board. ;)
