I said Mac would have bad ratings but this shocked me. He got clobbered by Silvy & Waddle and had the lowest ratings of any Score daytime show. Pathetic. Here is what the great Larz posted last night:

For Persons 25-54 (that's both Men & Women combined)...
For all day/all week/Mon-Sun 6:00am-Midnight:
WSCR is 17th with a 2.4 share
WMVP is 18th with a 2.3 share

For Mon-Fri 6:00am-10:00am:
WMVP is 10th with a 3.4 share
WSCR is 11th with a 3.2 share

For Mon-Fri 10:00am-3:00pm:
WMVP is 12th with a 2.8 share
WSCR is 20th with a 1.8 share

For Mon-Fri 3:00pm-7:00pm:
WMVP is 17th with a 2.6 share
WSCR is 19th with a 2.4 share

While this is 25-54 Men & Women, which isn't perfect, there are very few women in both numbers. Looks like Mully & Hanley are locked in a battle with M&M. Silvy & Waddle are crushing Mac & Cheese and surprisingly Harry and the good kid are still handing it to B&B. Mac has no excuses. M&H are delivering him an audience that is apparently pushing the f'in button. A real shit the bed performance for Mac when the newness factor should have had him at least temporarily kicking S&W's ass. If this keeps up, and it will as the newness has worn off and all that is left is the yuk factor, watch for Mac to go vegetarian and dump Meat or start pushing hard to get the afternoon shift.

I think the show has made strides since the first couple of weeks when it started out and Im never really one to put these ratings thing as measuring stick of how good or bad a show is.

I will be honest and say I have not turned on CJH in weeks and have been tuning in to B&B and that my listening habits have changed because of Mac's move. I'll flip on 1000 for a few minutes during breaks but other than that I have no reason to as 670 is pretty much on all day.

anyone else find it odd the M&H almost beat mike and mike after getting absolutely fucking destroyed by them the last few years? I don't know if I really trust these ratings...

Just as Rome wasn't built in a day, ratings aren't either.

Did MacMeatPants ratings get WORSE than H&H/Murph?

Waddle and Silvy have a pretty damned good show, it's tightly produced, there's excellent chemistry/rapport between the hosts and imho they land some pretty 'big name' guests. Then again, they've been together for a couple of years now, vs. several weeks.

It's gonna be a tough battle between the two stations from 9-1, but hopefully competition brings out the best in both shows.

Did B&B close the gap with the Afternoon Saloon with a stronger lead-in vs. last ratings period?

My thoughts exactly. I had a previous post (with jedi like thoughts some remarked) that Mac's show was improving.

I like Mac & Limegreen because they are not vanilla. They have the courage to break away from the "norm" and say what's on their mind. I think Waddle & Silvy are more vanilla.

wait, do those ratings reflect the new music the score plays during their updates? that could be a game-changer.

2.0 points (Mac) + 0.8 (K Sayers) - 1.0 (tDoS) = 1.8

Hey pal don't shoot the messenger. The ratings were disastrous for Mac & Cheese. Period. I don't make em...I just bring em to you to educate and inform.

I didn't even see a Scorehead post. There were four threads called July ratings that Vegas Cub Fan started. It appears that was a mistake and three are gone. This was the only one left as it had been responded to by tommmyp. What did Scorehead's post say?

Enjoy, Magnus and Gloopy.... but it's a month... not a book. And if we go on to lose the summer book, I'll tip my cap to Silvy and Waddle. I said last summer Silvy and Waddle have the best show on in the city and I wasn't being a hand job when I said it. They're good. And they're one of Jim Pastor's few good moves in six years... that's why it'll so much fun to scrape them off my shoes.

By the way, I'm on 9-1... not 10-3. Assume whatever you please if it gets your rocks off. Great track from "Exile."

They are good, but they aren't unstoppable. I've noticed that your show has seemed to find its legs of late and I have been hesitant to post that because of the amount of posts sure to follow with comments to the contrary - but since others have posted it already I will have to agree. Meat seems to be finding his stride a little bit more than early on and isn't as loud or gameshowy in his approach. Transition has been very good to great and OPV did an outstanding job filling in for Meat.
