I don't get regular massages either, but have had them. Once on a cruise, normal regular massage, from a female and I requested it. Before I got the massage I asked if it was a female and they said I could request female only.
Second time in Mexico and while it was a full massage, I did tip kindly if you understand what I am talking about.

About 6 months ago the girl that cut my hair moved away, so I left that
place and started looking around. I went to Sport Clips once, and happened to
get a guy to cut my hair. Since it was my first time, they give you the top of
the line cut, wash your hair and all that. I decided to just go with it,
figuring that there was no harm in it and if I came back I would be sure
to get a woman. Needless to say, I never did go back as the haircut
did come with a hair washing, but to my dismay, also came with a head

through it. The massage did not come in the form of his hands but a little
hand held thing, so it wasn't that bad, but enough to pay the bill, leave a
small tip and high tail it out of there swearing to never go back again. I
don't feel like I am a homo-phobe or anything but you should never feel
uncomfortable while getting a haircut.
