I'm not a Fantasy guy, but I really like this segment, and it helps that the callers are no nonsense...

I understand that Mac doesn't want to hear all the league rules, etc. etc.

but the fact of the matter, it comes into play when you've got to decide between two players

Points per reception would be huge if the choice was Maurice Jones Drew vs. Michael Turner, as an example.

I actually like the way they presented it, because their expert not only said who, but why. That way, you can start to form your own opinions on that player or others.

A little fantasy football is fine, as long it does not devolve into lame asses calling in saying I have X,Y and Z, who should I start?

The fantasy sports Friday Fung from years ago was pretty funny.

That's what this segment is and I cannot believe they do it.

Not this year so far. I am in a league with points per catch and Jones is licking the hairy lolipop right now.

Hey Mac just wondering why you chose this jamoke instead of Slappy's buddy and the boards very own Brian Sawa to be your fantasy expert?

I've met Brian a few times and a good guy (all 3 ft 5 of him ) but you should of kept it with a home town guy and Mac fan and listener .

I have not heard from Sawa in a while either. I know he reached out to Mac a few months ago about doing something on fantasy football but not sure if Mac followed up with him or if Danny had brought the other guy in at that point as you guys would have to ask Danny as I don't know

Im also not sure if Mitch Rosen is a big Brian Sawa fan or not and as for Harry'd fantasy football Island show, he brought in someone else to do FFI as Brian was looking to set up something with Dan Patrick the last time I talked to him.

Brian is very good at what he does and Im sure he is doing something somewhere.
