Wow. Big Ten football talk AND Ron Zook. The ratings may tank but I'm riveted. Since I'm probably the only one listening at this point, how about getting Erin Andrews on, talk a little about what Dale Jr. can do to turn this thing around, and giving me the recipe for those three-mustard brats? |

Today was a pretty good show. I'm not a big college football fan; but it is the fall and that sport should be talked about. Interesting interviews today. I'm torn on the whole Walter statue; as I doubt he'll ever be forgotten here in Chicago, but do we really need a statue to remember him? I think if the Bears/park district does this, it will open the door for others; and I don't want Chicago to become known as "Statue central." We already have 2 at Wrigley, we have 4? 5? At US Cellular Field. MJ is already at the United Center. I think if the Payton's want to donate a statue, and the Park district doesn't want it at Soldier Field, how about across the street, with the statue looking at Soldier Field. |
