Hate to burst anyone's bubbles, but Mac is on vacation next week. Spiegs will be joined by...you guessed it, Laurence Holmes at English Thursday & Brownstone Friday between 9a-1p.

In fact, next week will be one where the reserves will be doing a lot of the talking on The SCORE...

Don't think Laurence and Spiegs are doing the games, so I think all the Laurence lovers are fine to come out.

Are we sure the phones will work at the place, they were supposed to be out and about last Thursday, but the phones didn't work. A little weird answer, if it's the phones that callers call in, why would that matter, sometimes on remotes, when a caller calls in there is a delay, so they can't take calls anyway, unless it a phone they need working from their radio station to do the show. I thought it was a little weird answer and when they do remotes, it's usually for sales, so I am suprised they still didn't do the show there.

On their vacation next week, that's kinda of weird, because Mac said a couple of weeks ago, he was cancelling the March Madness package on Directv, because they would be out when most of the games are on, then yesterday we get they will both be on vacation for the first 3 days this week. I don't blame them for getting their vacation in, but I think if you run a radio station, you would want your main show on the day after the tournament seedings are made, to get their opinoin, because most people will be listening to everybody's opinoins on the teams that day, I would think Silvy and Waddle will get the most listeners on Monday.

Not trying to put conspiracy theories out there, but just a couple strange days I thought for the Danny Mac show.

I've got a St. Patrick's Day luncheon on Wednesday where I might not go back to work. It will be tough doing the same thing on Thursday. I'll still try to be there for an hour.

It was actually technical difficulties, specifically the ISDN line, that prompted the postponement of the scheduled live broadcast at Sweetwater last Thursday...

I am glad I did not push the event as I actually just got home. Was waiting for some lady who was going to meet me at 11 Am for some signatures and she doesn't call or text me, after I called her 3 times, she finally answers at 1:30 and says she will be there at 2 PM!!!!!

I did get to watch the game at a local pub while I waited for her.
