I think I heard this right? Happy Day for me and RFDC, we get another OPV Day to celebrate. The last OPV Day was a little lack luster for me. I thought Goff talked way too much and would appreciate if he would not do that tomorrow. I get he wants the limelight but what good is it if it makes the show not as good as it could be? Also the last show was a little too hockey intensive. I get that it's Mac show but help your cohosts out. I won't punch the button tomorrow in any case. |

Seriously, how fucking stupid is Goff? Hey, I wish the playoffs would start today for the Hawks and they didn't have to play these 8 remaining games on the schedule! I heard just a few minutes of transition. There was just something different about the way Goff was talking. Not his normal conversational tone or cadence, but more like he was over-emoting and trying to get in as many words as possible. Mac brings it out in people, I guess.

I enjoyed Vandy giving it to Mac about his 'meatball-ed-ness' regarding Cubs Sox. And Vandy, don't worry about "If the Cubs win the World Series, then what will Sox fans say "We got our's first"" IF? If my Aunt had balls she'd be Uncle Fuzzy. The Cubs aren't going to win the World Series EVER again, so I won't have to worry about that line of questioning, nor should you. |

I just thought he seemed fired up and not quite so laconic. I wouldn't call it "overemoting," more just a function of being a host rather than just dropping in thoughts here and there. It wasn't bad, just different from what we're used to. |
