Just what I wanted to hear today....some blathering idiot on the verge of a heart attack going on about all of the crap he doesn't want to hear or read about. Great, like we want to hear it. Then you've got an over-eager intern who won't get the hint and go get a real job going on about crap he can't stand to hear. Vandy was the only guy that kept me there for 18 minutes and he's the non-radio guy. The waterboarding ended for me at 9:18 after listening to the Score since 7:00. Mac has got to start doing some work and stop lazily getting his topics by scanning this board for five minutes. Truly awful PTFB radio boys. How about a John Wall interview or something where we can learn something...oh yeah, you wouldn't know who he is.

There are some decaffinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

If you want John Wall, go listen to the national assholes down the dial

I listen in over my lunch hour and jump back & forth between SCR & 1000. Lately been migrating heavily toward 1000 because Dmac & friends have been "too hockey" for me lately...franky just haven't been as interesting of a listen as Silvy & Waddle. I do listen in though...and love the fact that I have a couple of choices while eating my "sammich".

Yeah, as mucha s I like all 3, this doesn't work.

Jurco was the best 3rd man in the business. Call him nappy if you want, he brought good comedic edge to the whole thing and didnt ovewhelm the conversation. I am not saying ti was on purpose that he did it, but it worked.

I can't believe that Mac thinks describing bad radio is somehow good radio.

Well, he's at his best when he doesn't give a shit.

I don't know if your joking or whatnot but he was Capt. Motormouth today. Just spitting out every thing he could in the most compact amount of time. I think he was trying to fit in as much as he could before someone began to take the reigns and talk over him.

This 3 way thing wasn't very good.

Can't really judge because I only listened for 20 mins, but it was all about if Lebron is better then Jordan. Isnt this the kind of shit Mac used to make fun of when he was down the dial as lazy radio? His response was to make fun of people who say Payton was best ever instead of commenting on the stupidity of comparing different genres, which the non-radio guy was the only one to point out. I guess the move down the dial made it good radio?

I disagree, he didn't seem to give a shit the year leading up to his 'buyout' at ESPN. It was brutal radio.

It was bad. Goff made his point, but they took callers knowing the response and the back and forth that ensued was a lot of yelling, talking over eachother, repeating yourself etc. Goff then would restate his original point, which made sense and was fair....and then took more callers that led to a complete repeat of the previous caller.

Good Stuff!

They must have missed my post yesterday. I've only listened to about half so far though.

I like the way Mac sounds with OPV. He is comfortable with him. I thought some of the content was a little lame today but I liked the tone of it.

The subject matter was a little stupid but I was still entertained because I liked the chemistry they had while discussing some of the stupid stuff.

MMMMM-Kay.

I found the choice of "tone" odd. Chemistry works better.

So was todays show with Mac, Goff & OPV perhaps an experiment to see if the Score can put together another threesome with Mac? I'm out of town on vacation & haven't listened to the Score since Thursday.

No thanks! I'd rather hear about Purdue football.

Are you saying that Perdue ins't relevant enough to be talked about on Chicago sports radio during March Madness, Opening Day and the Hawks riding to the playoffs?

But! The Illinois connection is Lincoln-Way Centrals own Sean Rufalo played football there in the late 90's.
