Has Mac ever published the recipe to his famed tubular meat product?

I've heard so much about these that I must attempt them myself.

I am not sure it is an exact science, but an excellent idea. Think he just put 3 or 4 mustards, some onions and maybe some garlic in some tupperware.

The one thing he might have done is a minimal pre cook. Which I am going to say, was not his intention, but as it cools, it does draw in flavors. I think the pre-cook was just done for ease at MacFest

FYI:

Dr. Ken, still taking my $50 at 25-1 on Lee Westwood?

No.

And if I ever did it was a drunken contract.

Had one of these at the tailgate last year. AWESOME. I would love to hear how they are done.

Kinda just told you.

They could be 4 mustard brats and you might need to wear a belt when performing this operation.

This is how I remember him describing how to make them (yes, he did pre cook them). One mustard was spicy brown, one just regular yellow and I think the third was a horseradish type mustard.
