Has Mac ever published the recipe to his famed tubular meat product? I've heard so much about these that I must attempt them myself. |

I am not sure it is an exact science, but an excellent idea. Think he just put 3 or 4 mustards, some onions and maybe some garlic in some tupperware. The one thing he might have done is a minimal pre cook. Which I am going to say, was not his intention, but as it cools, it does draw in flavors. I think the pre-cook was just done for ease at MacFest FYI: Dr. Ken, still taking my $50 at 25-1 on Lee Westwood? |

Kinda just told you. They could be 4 mustard brats and you might need to wear a belt when performing this operation. |

One mustard was spicy brown, one just regular yellow and I think the third was a horseradish type mustard. |
