Although it must have been hard to make a point like that with a Bernstein sycophant sitting right next to you. Of course a hitting coach matters, if he didn't, they wouldn't have the position. Whether it's a calming effect, work on opposing pitchers, or data crunching, there is a job to do. Greg Walker is probably the Larry Holmes of hitting coaches. |
