Did you actually listen to the PodCast? Did it actually have Mac talking about Mulley's temper and such or was that a typical Beardown-ism?

Both of these can be true you know. He is/was only comparing them to other people on the Score. Also, maybe Mully has changed since 2008. I don't know that for sure, and you certainly don't. And of course, if Beardown said it, it must be etched in stone.

So this thread has the same point as the rest of threads you start: None.

I made no reference in my post to Mac sucking.
I made no claims that what Beardown said is true, which is why I was clear to attribute the quote to him, and not just say, "Mac said . . ."
Nowhere did I say Mully couldn't be the one who changed and Mac's comments were simply reflecting that.

People here certainly read a lot into things and jump to conclusions, don't they?

Just wondering what happened to alter this relationship in less than 2 years. No claims, no accusations.

Yeah, I know, bringing up something someone once said and then wondering why they allegedly made a seemingly contadictory statement later is such a totally foreign concept in the world of sports and sports talk. Rarely done. Gotta have "alterior" (whatever that means) motives to do something crazy like THAT.

Hanley writes about what now?

And Mully writes an occassional article on the Bears, but Sean Jensen or whatever his name is has been writing most of the Bears articles lately.

Marconi Dan and Der Spiegs are like the Columbus Bluejackets to the M&H's Blackhawks. Sure, the Bluejackets get all fired up to play the Blackhawks and might win a game or two, but, please!
