I have Slappy curled up in a fetal positon with his thumb in his ass crying that this was his only shot to lick the Cup and Uncle Dan is out of town.

Seems family would come first as Mac has been talking about bringing his sons up to Canada before the Playoffs even started as I'm sure he would have loved to been there but he'll have the chance over the next few years to see it again I think.

I'd consider myself s mac ALSer, but I'll never forget the most aggravating moments I ever had listening to sports radio, when the executive producer of the afternoon saloon had that fucking hockey horn. And what did mac do to cut that shit out? I can't speak about the behind the scenes stuff cause I wasn't there, but he was the driver of that show, and that shit went on till the day he was let go.

Best part of yesterday's show was when Spiegs referred to Strasburg's motion as having that "inverted Y" that could cause him arm problems. He was quickly corrected that it's actually an "inverted W".

They really didn't "talk" any hockey....ever. It was just BigChiefMacHawk weezing excitedly through some crap he read on ESPN or in the paper and throwing out "ohhh, good to see Ladd pot 2 goals!!!" or "ohhh, yea, he made the Gatorade bottle bounce!" and "ohhh, hey, some hard hawkhockeeeeey" amongst other tired cliches. I really never heard much, if any ,in depth analysis or breakdowns that would lead me to believe that he actually knew anything about hockey past topical meatball stuff. And he sure as hell wasn't going to get any help from Meatpants.

I also giggle when he claims to be the diehard, died in the wool "Hawks Fan" when he has said that he didn't follow the team for 10+ years.

Blurgh.

Mac's hockey thoughts are about as deep as mine and my hockey acumen comes from the pond hockey I played as a strapping young stud.
