Hey Mackeyfish, you need to do some homework for basketball talk. Here's some help. I know you never heard of this guy before but he is someone you will have to talk about:

Johnathan Hildred Wall[1] (born on September 6, 1990, in Raleigh, North Carolina) is an American basketball player for the Washington Wizards. As a top NBA draft prospect, Wall was picked first overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2010 draft. [2]

Ohh, and please ask Piggy to stop singing

His weight sure doesn't help, especially when he acts like he is a playa.

I'll tell you one thing that's not a problem for Meatpants, Anorexia.

Ha. All mac would need to do in order to cram for the Wall exam would be to go to youtube and type in the guy's name. That's it. Really. How unprofessional.

I'm sorry, but I'm of the opinion that the "Hossa" parody song is pure genius. 8)

I'll tell you another thing that sure doesn't help: Magnus' ability to predict the future. How come this show isn't cancelled yet, ya troll? You were awfully damned sure it would be.

All I want Mac to do is go to Youtube and type in John Wall. Push enter. Feel like a dumbass. Show up on monday. Have a meaningful discussion about the young phenom John Wall. Go home. Return to meatballism. Good day.

Speigel isn't great but he doesn't really bother me. He isn't too cool for the gig. He doesn't think he's always right. He's got an avuncular way about him that yeah, can come off as trying too hard or sucking up to his boss.

My problem with him is that he vanished from the board shortly after the criticism of the show started.

I like Spiegel. Liked him way way late at night at Sporting News Radio too. He obviously has a great singing voice and some of the song parodies are genius (agreed re Hossa). He also makes me laugh hysterically when he does Ron Santo.

his weight doesn't bother me because I don't have to look at him. Radio is a good vehicle for a man of his girth.

btw.. his recent pairing with Goff made for remarkably good radio. They were terrific together.
