So Kenny's marriage is in the shitter, and Cowley is crapping on him for not being in KC over the weekend when the team is falling apart. Based on the Rick Hahn (next Sox GM IMO) interview on Pop and Squat Sunday, Kenny was on top of the Joe West, KC, Doubleheader thing by phone. Do GMs always travel with the team? Or is Cowley being a little bitch because he doesn't like that Kenny won't talk to him. |

notice the team went into the shitter when kenny failed to bring reinforcements at the trade deadline...not even a sandy alomar type of guy. now the bullpen is in complete disaster and he hasn't done anything. |

well that was a week before the deadline and everyone "knew" that trader kenny was going to add some kind of bat. in fact, jackson was supposed to be the one traded for dunn. so here we are trying to win a division with mark kotsay and omar vizquel in the lineup. what a joke. |

My advice to Cowley would be to stop getting his info from the drunken Guillen brothers. That can't possibly go well for him in the long run. Ozzie Jr. is a fall down drunk. I've run into him on countless occasions and he's never been less than shit-faced. I don't know about Oney, but he's a cocky punk at the very least. Why didn't Cowley come right out and reference Oney's tweet? Kudos to Mac for making that reluctant S.O.B. take ownership of what he was driving at in the article. |
