I am not even sure if Mac likes the idea of talking to Doug on the air, until he is actually doing it, but Doug telling the story of playing in a preseason game, playing the whole game, and not knowing if they won or loss, 3-2 is just classic Uncle Fuzzie! I know it's tough to make a bit out of talking to Doug because you need to dislodge some great stories, but the fact is I know they are there! |

I am jealous of Meat. Playing some rounds and getting football info from Big Doug first hand, that's football heaven. |

I could hear true joy in Mac's voice when Doug sat in with him a few weeks ago when Spiegs was gone. I think Doug's awesome for a few segments, but then he puckers out. I could listen to his little anecdotes about 'back in the day' til Dan Hampton's cows come home - but I'm not so sure listeners under the age of 40 could give a rat's ass. Uncle Fuzzy's the best, and the dude cracks me up on and off the air. |
