I sent a text ripping on the vacation talk and his brushes with mediocrity and "someone" texted back "like your life is that much better."  A little thin-skinned over there? It was truly scintillating radio. What's worse was Mac was egging him on for more details.....

I actually like his solo shows. When he's on with someone else, he gets little-big-man syndrome. He tries to be this big, tough talker, but his opinion caves when the other host disagrees with him. If the other host happens to agree, then he ratches up his "tough" persona and is unlistenable. This never seems to happen when he's solo. |
