I don't listen much, certainly not enough to notice any great details but today something stuck out when listening to Matt Spiegel. He says "mmmm hmmm" a lot. That's kind of annoying to me. As a listener, I'd rather hear him say, "yep" or "that's right" or anything rather than "mmmm hmmm" to show agreement. It just doesn't sound good. My radio teachers would've never let us get away with that in class. |

This thread has clearly been read. Now they're just straight up screwing with you Kid Cairo. They're throwing this Mmm MMmm??? Mmm Hmmm thing all over the place now, with ACCENTUATION, sounding like Judge Smails. |
