Let me know if Speigs is there. Meanwhile I'll be listening to Waddle and Silvy.

Should be multiple types of chicken to select from with that effort.

Mac's hatred of Lovie is a little creepy. I know it was tongue in cheek about his comment that he didn't know if he could root for the Bears in the Super Bowl with Lovie coaching.

It's almost a forgone conclusion, I would think outside of losing out, that Lovie's back next year. Might as well enjoy this team and one of the better efforts the Lovie era.

This is what I was talking about with some people yesterday.

I'm just sick to hell of Lovie's crappy defense, and his indigant ways

Agreed. He's not a pleasure to listen to and tends to have Hub levels of smaryness. I mentioned this is Brick's worst football coach thread, but by in large he has been an average to above average head coach. He's getting results right now. Might as well enjoy it.

Maybe as a Cubs fan I have a different perspective, but I'll take success for me team in any form in comes.

I think Lovie is a boob as well, but he has actually made a lot of changes this year. He's benched guys mid game, he's changed his schemes (sometimes) on defense. You can harp on him a lot but this year I think he actually has swallowed a little bit of pride and done some things differently.

mmm hhmmmmm

The only reason he has done this is because he was basically forced to. He probably realized that he would get whacked if they didn't win. That does not make up for the body of work as a whole, which if you account for the last 3 years, should've gotten him fired after last season.

I agree. But in one sense, I also don't care because the team is winning. Now Lovie needs to keep it up.

It kind of feels like Mac didn't watch an offensive possession with how he's talking about Cutler yesterday.

Nothing really, Camps sent a text that was read on air, which is leading us to give him crap because he always talks about his W&S love.

Kamps wants people to "think" he is a W&S guy, but he is the real Scorehead around here.

They did say at the end, that Spiegs is off tomorow and Goff will be in and just Goff and Mac.

Hey Meatpants...next time you have a thought about how a QB injured himself "while celebrating" take a look at the replay first.
Persa injured himself when he landed after the jump-pass touchdown...he starts limping almost immediately. Where was the Grammatica moment? I'll clue you in...there wasn't one.

Enjoy the day off tomorrow.
