Spiegs may be participating in the war on Twitter, but I think Mac summed it up best...he doesn't want his name or show attached to any more of Oney's stupidity, nor does he want it in connection with any issues Ozzie may have with the team.

The best thing that ever happened to Ozzie Jr (Besides his Dad) is Oney, because it makes him look like a good guy.

I would like to applaude Mac for not having anything to do with Oney. Everyone in Chicago should follow this lead!

To be honest, in his position it's possible, but I would think that the ability for the show to not appear to take sides, and be able to get guests from the team on far outweighs any pub brought about by the Wonder Twins.

I dont think interaction with the Guillen bros would affect ability to get guests, especially on WSOX

Ozzie the manager of the White Sox lives in my hood and is well-liked and respected by all here who interact with him, regardless of sports fan franchise affiliation.

I don't know much about his kids beyond: I only see (notice) the Guillen boys out and about when they (and cousins et al) are with their old man and they've always been the height of graciousness/good manners/chill dudes in those situations. Image
