Jerry Angelo once again is an idiot. Riveting.

I'm guessing this wasn't directly Angelo's fault. I mean I doubt Angelo is picking up the phone and calling the league office.

What about that guy from Seattle, the Jerry Angelo-to-be, I would think his job as Asst. GM or whatever the hell he is would be to make sure this stuff gets done. I'm guessing it was his mistake.

I think the better questions are...

1.) Does it matter?

2.) Who cares?

Post subject:  Re: 4/29--Full of Meatball

1) Yes.

2) The Ravens. And me if the Bears lose the fourth round pick.

Post subject:  Re: 4/29--Full of Meatball

If they lose the 4th round pick everyone should be happy, it is one less pick for Angelo to fuck up.

Why is it a big deal to admit the guy fucked up?

He made a mistake. Again.

I just don't think it's as big of a deal as they are making it out to be. I also don't think any of us can be sure as to who actually screwed this up...

Angelo had told staff members to phone in the deal with a little more than two minutes remaining on the clock. But two staff members each thought the other was making the call, and the call never was made. The deal subsequently was not consummated and the Ravens’ 10 minutes expired before they could do anything.

And we get to heat Hub talk about how the Bears shouldn't have gotten rid of Bobby DePaul.....again....

Gee; if Angelo had been in New York rather than sitting on his ass in Chicago ...... well, nothing would have been different ....

tommie harris fell to the bears because teams did not like his size..once a sub 300 pound interior def lineman loses a step due to injury/age whatever he is just a smaller guy who is average speed..i like the pick by the lions of fairley but if he gets hurt and loses his first step in the slightest he will be just a guy
