I think Laurence getting upset about this whole "not giving the Heat credit" thing is pretty dumb. Who cares what Chicago fans think of anything? If you know that the Heat played well and you have a radio show, just let everyone know what the deal is and move on... |

I wonder. If Terry said the same words would they have been taken the same way. I tend to think that it would not have generated the same negative response, but I could be wrong. I do understand why Loho would get a little testy by the comment in general. But depending on who is using it... |

He wouldn't say anything to Mac or Terry. But he'd go off on a caller. That's the point. Mac and Terry know this about him so they fuck with him to show this contradiction to the listeners. It's the truth. They play him to put him on the spot. Nice, calm Larry with Mac and Terry. Angry, mad Larry with the callers. Callers mean nothing to him so can pull off the fake "tough guy" act. But you can't piss off two important talk show hosts at the station you work at. It's very simple. |
