Spiegs no likey fat jokes.
I wondered why he didn't lend his voice to the Adam Dunn tune.

I'm in Spiegs' corner on this one.
About seven years ago, I lost about 60 pounds in less than 12 months.
I applaud Mac for his weight-loss efforts, and the ability to keep off that poundage.
Unlike Mac, I didn't spend time -- in my slimmer form -- taking shots at those who were overweight. Mac seems to take some pride in making fun of women (Shelly Smith, etc.) and now Adam Dunn.
Spiegs is obviously touchy on this subject -- and it doesn't appear that Mac cares about this radio partner's feelings.
That's funny, because Mac seemed quite annoyed about Spiegs' porn convention comments during Dan's recent "vacation".

I'm fat myself and I still make fun of other fat people. I have never been offended by other fat jokes or being called fat myself. What's the big deal, if you are fat, you are fat, deal with it.

When will America finally start recognizing the struggles of the young and the fat? We need more freedom fighters to stand up in a calm manner and declare that they will no longer be treated like second class citizens.

We're here, we're clear, we want to eat unhealthy foods and die prematurely!

What about the fat people that are physically unable to stand up?

Poor Spiegs. If he doesn't like the fat jokes, at least make the conscious effort to try to shed a few pounds. It's really not that difficult to lose at least some weight.

Or if he's cool with his lifestyle, he could just -- you know -- accept the fact that he's fat and move on with his life. Not that difficult!

I'm pretty sure he's shed a ton of weight over the last couple years. I don't like the guy, but blasting his weight loss efforts isn't exactly the best thing to criticize the guy over.

I didn't know that. I stand corrected.

I saw Spiegs for the first time on tv doing CTL during game 3 of the Cubs/Sox series.

I didn't realize he was so fat he needed to button the top button to keep his gobble together.
