3 week absence might make the heart grow much fonder. Should be able to really see a difference in the ratings meters? If there is one of course.

Was this a well thought out absence? One that might put some numbers behind the $$$$? Make a point?

Fact is I turned the station this morning due to someone on the air and will be on ESPN for the week now. I got the good kid back at ESPN as well. So I can handle the 1 hour of Van Peezy.

We will see.

About the only time I switch to 1000 anymore is if I can't take anymore of B&B calling callers idiots or to listen to Murph and Fred on Sunday morning.

I think Mac's absense will have a slightly noticeable difference in the ratings. I don't know that much anymore about ratings to really care anyway, but I'm guessing it will.

He couldn't get more money so he got more time off.

Another brilliant business move by Mackeyfish.

I don't listen to the mid-morning show, but are they still calling it the "Dan McNeil show"?

Mac should realize that he has burnt enough bridges in the business, that 'SCR has the leverage.
