It seems like this show gets almost no attention on the board now. It's pretty clear the Danny Mac Show section is dying.

I've listened to about 45 minutes of the actual show in the past month.

TNA News: Kurt Angle's BAC level at time of arrest, Angle issues statement on erratic driving
By James Caldwell, Torch assistant editor

TNA World Hvt. champion Kurt Angle's blood alcohol content was 0.06 at the time of his arrest in Virginia early Sunday morning. The state's legal limit is 0.08.

TMZ obtained a police document showing Angle's BAC at the time of arrest. Angle also released a statement saying, "I did not believe my driving behavior was reckless or otherwise improper.

"I fully cooperated with the officer who clearly recognized me while performing his standard procedures. Subsequent to the stop, I was asked to submit to a breathalyzer test and passed. I do not believe that I broke any laws and will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any pending charges."

Regarding the police tip from another driver that Angle was driving erratically on I-66, Angle claimed, "I was returning from an Impact Wrestling show in an unfamiliar place, late at night, and was trying to find the exit for my hotel."

Caldwell's Analysis:
Again, a charge of driving under the influence is not limited to alcohol levels. It can also include the presence of a foreign substance or a substance mixed with alcohol. Angle (and his attorney on Sunday) are trying to frame a p.r. response based on the "Angle wasn't legally drunk" defense, but it does not invalidate the charge.

Not enough misspellings.

I didn't want to take the time to misspell words in a cut and pasted article.

wow

Have to admit that I even listen less with the inconsistency of the lineup being present. I'm thinking football season will change this quite a bit,

I was bored enough to listen to a decent portion of the show today and it was awful. They did a little Bears talk which was decent but then it devolved to Meat talking about his chicken sandwich, a brutal melton theme song, romantic comedy discussion and higher end fast food and grilling talk. There is plenty of sport related stuff to talk about....not this crap. It sounded like there was zero prep work done for the show at all.

The Mac show is dying. The result of the laziest host in the history of radio. His recession contract is far overpaying the Highland Hillbilly. Maybe more grilling tips would improve this shitfest.

And they also declared that the Ironman streak will only last 3 days. Mac off on Thursday.

I'm sure lots of guys have a tip for you. :P

A good portion of the board doesn't like this show because of Speigel. I don't dislike Speigel but think this pairing is pretty bad. You really think it's Mac or is your judgement clouded?

It's Mac's show. He put the pairing together. He puts zero effort into it.

Post subject:  Re: Day 1 of the new Iron Man streak

I think the effort is there but something is just off. Mac used to get mad at Harry or tell him no you can't put that bad bit on the radio...now he is the one putting bad bits on the radio and nobody is telling him no. The show meanders and into a lot of fluff, not funny fluff, just nothingness. It's a lot like this board.
