Mac, if you're reading this (and I know you do peruse it), BRING BACK CRITICS! This time of the year is so ripe for broadcast evaluations and criticisms!

I'll start. Thumbs up to Jaws for apologaing on air later in the game after slipping in a "shit" during the Pats/Dolphins.

Yeah, maybe a weak one to start with, but I really miss that segment.

He shouldn't have apologized.

It's cable. Saying shit should be manadated once an hour.

If nobody is listening is a show really on the air?

As long as one has been kicked and bitten before.

I remember the intro to C@XL.

Some of these defensive linemen, they've shown they can tackle people.

Critics was the best segment on the old show.
I miss it.
It would make the Macanspeeg show better.

Yes. Bring it back. Just don't let Jeff call in or send emails... :P

A really terrible idea for the name of their show........Macaroni and Speighetti Show. Add in some Jimmy Pasta and you've got.........alot of carbs.

I ate a pound of spaghetti Saturday night. True story. I did not feel well afterward.

I'd be perfectly content to do neither, I'll just sit down and strap it on....er....strap it in, listen or whatever.

At least it probably wouldn't include Maddux Boy or those other redundant crappers. Would probably have more Grid though. 8)

The point that I was trying to make, which I don't think I made particularly well...

Critics is too much work. Mac is at his best when he doesn't give a shit.

The show should be called "Mail it in"

I'm all for the return of "Critics at XL". I'd give a thumbs down to "MLB on FOX's" Matt Vasgersian for referring to White Sox 3B Brent Morel as "Brent Moral" not once, not twice, but three times during a Sox/Tigers' game he & Mitch "Wild Thing" Williams called. That was the game where the Tigers came from 8-1 down to beat the Sox on Miguel Cabrera's walk-off game winning homer off Sergio Santos 9-8 two weeks ago...

They probably would do it because the concept is way too close to WYC...

Glad you were specific on WHICH game the Tigers beat the Sox, seeing they swept them AGAIN today.
