Mac might not know how to prounounce "Brenner", but I'm he still knows the number of the fame Saints TE (85).
Gary Anderson??? and Dalton Hillard, Spiegs.
Gary James is the answer.

Do I need to get my decoder ring out to understand this post?

Listening to the show might help. I think other posters do that -- from time to time.
Mac was quizzing Spiegs on Saints info, and the former TE's name came up in the conversation. Mac mispronounced the name, saying Breener instead of Brenner.
Didn't know I needed to get the butcher paper out for this.

I remember this one time when bigfan pruned a thread that made no sense.

He should revisit that for this thread.

Why am I talking to someone who's avatar and home town don't match.
I'm sure it's impossible to find a Mick Foley pic.

I thought it funny that Mac would mispronounce a name during one his own segments.

I forgot. I'm not allowed to poke the bear.

You must have been at this match.
"Hall eventually formed a tag team with fellow future-superstar Curt Hennig, and together they defeated "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin and "Mr. Electricity" Steve Regal for the AWA World Tag Team Championship on January 18, 1986 in an "epic" 58 minute match in Albuquerque, New Mexico."

 Boy whoever came up with the "Mr. Electricity" moniker for Steven Regal was way off the mark. But I would have watched the shit out of that match even if I was 5 years old and too busy preparing for Superbowl XX to have actually been there.

Both are 100x better than listening to Meat talk about what he made for dinner with the biscuit the previous night.

I'm guessing you might have been at this one instead.
"(Hall and Hennig) eventually dropped the belts to Rose and Somers by countout (even though in all wrestling, including the AWA, belts didn't change hands on DQ's or countouts; This was never explained) on May 17 in Hammond due to interference by Colonel DeBeers.

I like when they do the lists of the teams, always good to remember the old players, didn't think of Bernstein's pick of John Fourcade for top 5 Saints passing leaders, but remember Eric Martin #84, their receiving yards leader.
