The more appropriate question is, "What was your favorite Mac betting loss of the LAST 20 YEARS?"

I'm not sure who is worse, Mac or Nort.

In retrospect, this is the one example of my Tebow hatred going too far.

I apologize to DAAMAANAA and his family.

Danny Mac referenced this thread on the air today. He said, "don't believe what some on a message board might say, but I had a great year". I stand by what I said. I have been listening to Mac for twenty years, but never for his handicapping expertise. He is down quite a few jelly beans over the years. He was thumping his chest, because he was in the black this year. I guess if I made horrible picks for twenty years, and then had a good year, I would probably brag about it, too.

I have been posting my picks here for years. I can have six great weeks in a row (picks actually documented before the game begins, as opposed to just saying I have winners), and nobody says a word. As soon as I have one bad week, someone lets me know about it. It comes with the territory, and thick skin is required. Certainly, a big shooter like Mac doesn't need to worry about anything I say, but judging by his tone, I struck a nerve. Sometimes the truth hurts. It reminds me of the time I took on Scott Ferrall.

He is just like one of my buddies. He goes to the casinos frequently. He is always bragging when he wins, but I never hear about the losses.

Too funny. I was going to mention this, but didn't know this thread existed. Leave to Chus to knock out not only Steve from Elmhurst , but his part time employer as well.

I wonder how Mac is taking his pantheresque decline in relevance around these parts?

Mac's full of shit. Lying about his gambling "success" just like North, both losers in need of serious help.
However he did have a good year in embarrassing himself in Louisiana, getting so sloppy drunk he pissed all over himself.
Just a lazy loser, all the way around.

He likes the under tonight in Da Boo game. He doesn't know what the number is, but he likes it anyway.

Of course, this is the guy who has said on many occasions, "Every hockey total is 5.5". Only two of the five games tonight are lined at 5.5.

I know a few people like that. One, a woman, if she is to be believed, never met a slot machine she didn't beat. Then there is a guy I know that to listen to him has won every horse race (and daily double, and pick 6) he has ever wagered on.
