Next 3 days. True Mac does water down the Holmes effect, but as I had proclaimed Larry not so bad with others, I have softened on that opinion as Larry starts to feel much more comfortable and his terrible show concepts infect the others shows. Like Hater Wed. The concept is OK, I guess. It's just like everything else but slamming people, it's not really new, unique, etc. which is fine, but to act as if you invented something and needs become a staple of this radio station is foolish. Bookie Priest, maybe the finest example. North has one good idea and literally just beat it into the ground within days. Every 15 minutes commercials, promos, etc. Good things Spiegs is getting used to cleaning up shit, cause he will need to do some wiping when he gets back. |

Especially enlightening was Larry's take that the Packer fans are some of the more docile as far as treating opposing fans at Lambeau. Except when they seem to get a little too much enjoyment out of chanting Kuhn's name when he carries the ball , then of course they are a bunch of cracker, racist, pieces of shit. |

Big Fan, heartily agree on your Hater Wednesday take. Does Jason Goff insist on doing Grandma Trivia when he fills in on a show -- nope. Just heard some classic Larry, "What the heck is the donut draft?" It doesn't involve Shake That so it's on the pay no mind list? I'm sure there are plenty of Mac and Spiegs plus B and B listeners who don't know what Hater Wednesday is --I'm sure that would make "That's not my name" happy. Also, his comeback to the one caller is "Markie Mark". WEAK! Just like this segment. |

I didn't say I was unbiased, and no one who posts here could be completely unbiased on the subject anyway. I also never said he didn't get angry, although I don't think he did, and yes he raised his voice. He had to, to be heard over the loud caller who wouldn't stop talking so that he could respond. |

I think the hysteria over being called Larry is kinda silly on Laurence's part. It's a common shortened version of Laurence, just deal with it. Thats what I would do anyway. He should take a page out of his Uncle Teary's book |
