Ladies and gentelmen...LAURENCE HOLMES!

Iron man streak is over. Spiegel is out.

Laurence is here to school Mac on how a radio show works.

Not a big fan, but at least Larry's not a downer.

Too much Larry gives me indigestion. Which, in turn, gives me the wind something terrible.

Larry blows.

It's 45min in and Mac is already showing signs of not wanting anything to do with Larry Holmes.

Hey Larry, Mac has something to say about the Kane "story", please try not to cut him off and hijack his thoughts.

Thanks.

Look on the bright side...When the White Sox/Indians' game wraps up, "Jay Podium" follows Ranger's postgame tonight on The SCORE, not Laurence.

The young man who said "Jay Podium"... during a "Scoreboard Update" on this program a while back...Connor McKnight. He follows the Sox tonight.

You kinda have a thing for Conner, don't you SHARK? What's the bright side again?

Anyone not named Laurence Holmes on the nighttime SCORE, Mr. Reason.

To whom was Mac referring when he said "If you have something to say about a player's off-field behavior affecting his on-field play, just say it."? Was he talking about Deadspin, the media in general, or was that a shot at B&B who like to say "Well, I can't really say...but I've heard things from people..." and imply things?

I think it was a shot at the Sun-Times "article" or whatever.

Although your above point about B&B is also well taken.

Well, that's how his nighttime show starts, RP Bryan. Then he tells you the phone number, the text number "if you're shy", followed by Ed Farmer asking "Do you tweet?" and then introducing his "crew".

If it's Joe Ostrowski, Chris Tannehill, Herb Lawrence & update guy Connor McKnight, then you hear...

Yes, I think that shows how much Blackberry is struggling when you have Schu doing their promos. It drives me nuts! (yar).

Perhaps we're being too critical. I mean, it's not as if these guys (and Keary) are in a business where speaking properly is imp...oh, wait.
