It's a familiar place for me... has been since elementary school. I'll wind up there again if I am insubordinate and disregard Mr. Rosen's request to cease and desist with public statements made about Mr. Mulligan. My hope is that Mr. Rosen's plan to get this "grievance" resolved is a good one. I'd like to have a harmonious relationship with all of my teammates. That is all.

I guess others beside Dan read the board.

Hi Mully! I like your show but this doesn't reflect well on you.

It's good to see that a person who spends most mornings talking and criticizing the actions of others becomes as petulant as the people he covers when it's turned on him. Poor form Mully.

I really don't consider anything said here a "public statement".

If it is, I might expect some correspondence from His Airness lawers.

I theorized this was the path in one of the other threads. Well, this was fun while it lasted.

Being a douche bag has cost you millions of dollars.

But you have the satisfaction of this post.

Fair enough Mac...I'll say it for you...Mully's show is terrible and he's a thin-skinned little bey-otch.

Dear Mitch,

You are really missing the boat here. Conflict = Ratings. Stop taking everything that is interesting about the station away.

Everyone reads the board, Good Dolphin. This is just more proof of it.

So Mully refuses to talk to Mac. Then Mully complains because Mac is states Mully won't talk to Mac.

Me thinks Mully needs to just put on the big boy pants and talk to his peers and this little problem will go away. Screamy arguments can be good for the ratings too Mully. edited for doff of cap as Dr. Ken already mentioned conflict.

That's some big boy grammar. :)

This type of censorship really dampens my enthusiasm for sini's bid for the Score Search championship.

I cant' say that Mitch's response is in any way unexpected or shocking. One might argue it's unfulfilling for us in the peanut gallery, sure, but whoever may be right/wrong (and I think there's a general agreement around these parts as to who is mostly - if in fact not completely - on the right side of this and who has a boorish morning show), no 'manager' of a radio station or a McDonald's wants there to be unchecked bickering between their charges.

So, no more 'fun' .... for now .... but Mitch can't be watching everything all the time though .... right ?!?

+1 Mac.

Someone (I think RPB) jokingly said that the poster "editorathome" is Mike Mulligan. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Mulligan or someone from his camp. He came out of the blue to post yesterday, and then a day later Mac makes this thread.

In Mully's defense, the British expect blacks to get them coffee. It's like a thing over there...

Really? So, what if you really want your coffee without cream and sugar?

Anything said on the air or written here would constitute a "public" commentary.

Actually, Mr. Gloopy, being -- in your words -- "a douchebag," has worked well for me financially. The conflict on the MJH did not hinder its appeal; it enhanced it. "Soap opera for guys" as my wife labeled it. I think she was right. It's not for every listener, but based on the buzz here since Monday, I can't help but agree with those who suggest a little tension now and again is a good thing.

It is also possible Mitch read it himself and took action. Since he has posted here before.
