I'm listening today. You should be to.

Tuned in to hear Mac making fun of a fat Wisconsin women opening a twinkie wrapper and not paying attention to the road. Spiegs accused him of fat-ism and said maybe he was doing blow and drinking a beer

There are no sports today. Bad day to listen if you don't like the random mundane story time.

I turned it off when they started talking to the guy from Atlanta. I do not give a flying fuck about anything from Atlanta.

Yeah they gave that guy Chris Dimino from Atlanta the shotgun. When was the last time a guy got the shotty?

I heard that too. He was trying to give them some Atlanta Hawks talk and I don't know if they were right
up against it or what. They tried to say good bye and the guy tried to make one more point and Mac
blasted him. I thought it was kinda rude but I know they have been trying to take their breaks in a more
timely manner lately, probably per Mitch.

Spiegs really can be a tad touchy. Ain't that, Tad Touchy?

I've been enjoying the show a lot lately. It's sprays to all fields, keeps it light as well but can go in-depth if needed.

During the Summer Sports Hell time period that kind of show is essential.

Try to turn a negative (regarding Mac's golf game) into a positive. Mac said that was a loser mentality and to shed his skirt. You could tell Spiegs was put off by it.

Thanks to his band Tributosaurus covering Steely Dan, Spiegs will be off the next 2 days from this show. Jason Goff plays the role of Spiegs tomorrow & Friday with Mac. You're welcome.

That is appointment radio though I have no idea what they will talk about with baseball still off.

UMN, I was giving the heads up ahead of time...

Spiegel has some balls to question a guy's fandom for selling a few Bears tickets when he gets into games for free and can't even make it all nine innings or all four quarters.

Remember that thought next time he mentions not lasting the entire game. Not something a "real fan" would do, right? That's how he phrased it today re: the ticket seller. You know Mac will enjoy calling him out.

It just feels empty to me. Walking out on a final possible at-bat by the Great Anthony Rizzo. Leaving in the third quarter of the Illini-NU game at Wrigley. Just doesn't sound like someone I'd want to hang out with.

If you sell your Red Wings or Packers tickets to pay for your entire season of Blackhawks or Bears tickets, more power to you. A sound strategy, at the least. Again, the market dictates whether you profit or not. I'm guessing a decent % of Cubs season ticket holders bought their seats years ago, thinking they would be making a killing in 2012. How's that working out for you?
