Tuned into some CJH today for a few and got the "Who are the best athletes argument" which turned into are swimmers athletes? Are Gymnast better athletes than Jordan......ughhhhhhh And I just pictured Mac in this discussion, which would have been ended in seconds with a 'Are we really gonna talk about who is the best athlete????".....and then there is Harry who thinks he is bringing in the ultimate Curveball with Ali..."Huh huh???" Even Jurko and carmen realized they hit Max boredom...as No response was aired.,,,,but that is the difference without Mac...the bullshit gets onto the air without being called out. |

Well, Mac spent a few different segments today raving about the British Men's Gymnastics team. |

Yeah, there are no dumb segments on Mac's show. Shep-ordy is always compelling radio. |

I don't listen to either much but you want to start a list of bullshit that gets on air on Mac's show? His current partner has shat more than Harry ever has. |

I think Spiegs does a great job. I have never understood why so many dont like Matt. On the number one sports station in Chicago I cant say who is a better TWO guy. |

His jokes are never funny his jokes when interviewing someone always end up with awkward silence. Since Mac left he's been free to run wild with his schtick. There was nothing better than listening to Mac put the smackdown on Harry Spiegs is terrible too btw |

I was surprised that ESPN decided to keep Harry Teinowitz on its payroll following his DUI arrest a few months ago. I was under the impression that the folks in Bristol, CT had a zero tolerance policy toward its employees. Since his return, I've rarely listened, if it all, to that show. I thought Carmen DeFalco & John Jurkovic would be better off as a two-man show without Harry's bad jokes and one-liners. Harry simply isn't funny and adds little to that show. |

I know you love spiegel but I think he is terrible. You can argue Harry didn't add much to MJH but the number of times I punched the button because of Harry was small. Everytime I listen to M&S I listen for about 5-10 minutes and then I'm done. Spiegel is about 10 times as smarmy as Harry and I don't think he is a good fit as a partner with Mac. I don't even know what Speigel's radio existence could be. He's not funny. Doesn't seem too bright. Is his entire radio existence just waiting to get the chance to sing? |

It is not even close. Harry is by far the absolute worst radio personality in the region. |

It's Speigel's delivery I can't get past. He pontifies everything he says. And then sings. He did it twice in 5 minutes before going to break. He makes Mac worse too. |

The Princess pissypants routine that all to often occurs with Meat is a deal breaker. The talk of his home life is revolting radio to listen to. The making sure everyone knows he is a host and the producers are producers and below him act is petty. Berating the production staff on air is unnecessary power tripping. His parody songs are awful and annoying and way to frequent. The only chance parody songs have of working, which is still not all the time, is if its obvious the singers are just fucking around. He takes them 100 percent seriously. All of those reasons over power the good baseball talk he can produce. Give him hit and run and put him on every show doing baseball guest spots periodically. |

City of Fools wrote: what Score host would fit better with Mac, in your opinion spaulding? Don't know, not a lot of options there. Not a huge fan of the Score staff. At one time I thought he and drinky would do a good show. I've liked days when Mac has been on with Boers but didn't listen the first time around. May not be able to go home again so to speak. He did a good job picking Jurko but missed on Meatpants imo. UMN, you know who he reminds me a lot of? The OG! Blech! |
