Absolutely horrible. Maybe it's his age or maybe it's because he didn't really watch the game, but he was rambling on and on, at times incoherently. I thought I heard the shotgun cock towards the end. I was just praying Mac would pull the trigger and blast him to oblivion like he's done to Zach and numerous other nonsensical blowhards.

You think he wouldve divorced Jo Jo Starbuck if he knew one day she would be sitting on top of a multi-million dollar coffee empire?

Awful. Fun bad, though.

I guess I just don't get the need to have Terry Bradshaw on. What do we, the fans and listeners, have to gain by having him on the radio being bad? What does he bring to the table or add to the discussion? I don't listen to the Meat and Mac show to hear Terry Badatradioshaw, having these guests on doesn't do it for me.

And this guy is going to be an every week thing?

mercy!

I know by your disdain for them you probably didnt hear it but I know M&H used to have Aikman on every Monday to talk about the previous days games and he was good, and always had coherent thoughts about the Bears and whomever they were playing. Bradshaw couldnt even name their left tackle. I guess if you get a guest on thats at least semi prepared it can be a decent bit.

I've heard Aikman before and I agree that he is quite good. He comes off as a guy who actually has watched the game in question and he's lucid.

I would say he's the exception to the rule.

Even though Terry Bradshaw looks kinda crazy on the "FOX NFL Sunday" pregame show, he's actually had issues with depression off the set.

Not surprising...

"Hey, folks, I went in to my dad in 1955. I said, 'Pop, I'm goin' to go play in the National Football League.' I was seven years old. We lived in Camanche, Iowa.

Considering his concussion history, I'm amazed at how lucid and cogent Aikman is. Part of me thinks, he got lucky, and avoided the CTE others have gotten. The other part of me thinks it's there, but it just hasn't manifested yet. If I were in Troy's shoes, I'd be worried, wondering if/when this shit is gonna get me. I know you can't live that way, but seeing some of his contemporaries suffering from the effects, and at worst committing suicide, it would be hard not to wonder when will my time come.

I think Aikman did those spots just to promote WingStop. They do have excellent fries. You're gonna love 'em.

Well, the place is based in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, TX. I bet you didn't know Aikman's a part owner of the San Diego Padres.

Troy Aikman also partners up with pro-wrestling superstar, Hulk Hogan to promote Rent-a-Center.

Those two definitely are the Mega Powers when it comes to tag teaming your ass into saving money!

Terry's been a little better in his second outing today. A lot more coherent but he still rambles on and on and on....

This was as big improvement over last week. They figured he had to get up too early last week which is why he was so incoherent.

Even as a kid I couldn't stand Bradshaw on Fox. And yes, he is an overrated QB. 212 TDs 210 INTs.

As a matter of fact, Bradshaw's fourth quarter passing statistics in the Super Bowl look like this:

11-16, 292 yards, 4 TD

That is not a typo. Bradshaw averaged 18 yards per pass attempt. He threw five incompletions against four touchdown passes. His final pass in his first three Super Bowls was a touchdown pass, and in his fourth Super Bowl, it was a 45-yard completion that set up a final touchdown.

His passer rating is a jaw-dropping 151.0, and he was awarded the MVP trophy in his final two Super Bowls.

I'm glad he played well in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowls. But it does nothing to change my opinion on him or his regular season stats.
