Does anyone else think that they could do as good of a job if not a better job at covering the Bears from their home, than the aged Moon Mullin does working the beat? The guy just sounds like some average caller who has an opinion, not someone with any real info or connections. But unlike most callers, Moon doesn't get the shotgun after stuttering and stammering through a question for 60 seconds.

Oh, hey guys, what's up? *Long awkward pause, BREATHING* Oh, yeah, the Bears game on Sunday, yeah well it went OK, they still have some things to work on and that Jay Cutler has to be more accurate with his throws. Uh, let's see, I think the defense came up, uh, big and *HEAVY LABORED BREATHING*, yeah I mean they looked OK.

That's pretty much every Moon Mullin segment ever.

Replace Moon Mullin with Terry Boers and you are still right on target

I dunno.

They're both terrible.

Both are really mouth breathey. Biggs is the fattest sounding dude on the radio. Just talking seems to exhaust him.

Whenever I hear Biggs I think of that Family Guy where Peter has the Overeaters meeting. Everybody is wheezing and farting. It's like a sleep apnea convention.

Oh my god, Spiegel actually does sing "MOOOOOOOOOOOOON MULLLIN" to open the segments. I've been singing that to myself for years.

A tribute of sorts to the late Andy Williams. The best of Spiegs' parodies is the one introducing ProFootballTalk/NBCSports.com's Mike Florio to Them's 1965 classic rocker "Gloria". You know...

While I agree Biggsy sounds like the heavy breather with a gyro lodged in his windpipe, he knows his shit.

You know he does a really good job, because Lovie hates him!

Moon on the other hand sounds like a guy who is kinda losing the thought process. Kinda sad actually

Could say the same thing about ZZ and Larry and Jeff Dickerson...no real insight from any of those turds either.
