Really good job by the guys to get Brandon Marshall on and talk about a variety of subjects both
football and a lot of personal things. Just wanted to tip the cap to the guys for doing a nice job
with it. I have never heard a full length interview with Marshall and he really impressed me with
his poise and depth to his answers to questions asked of him. Worth a podcast if you want to listen.
I think it started around 12:10 or a little after.

Terry Bradshaw applauded Marshall's poise.

It was good, but it'd be tough to have a bad interview with the guy.

Of course B&B would shit all over it.

Mac and Spiegs sound utterly annoyed.

Not as enjoyable as Boers' table gate. I laughed at that one since Terry was correctly called out for his accusation.
This was just flat rude on Bernsie's part. Mac and Spiegs really enjoyed the three-way therapy session -- and Berns hands out a "meh". Kind of heartless -- I thought.
Could this be the nail in the transition coffin?

Yeah, that was a bit uncalled for. I have been turning B & B off more and more by 1:30 and just listening to Pandora.
I'll give them a shot again today but I haven't been finding them all that entertaining of late.

Surprised they are going to replay the interview during their show after essentially brushing it off 10 minutes ago.

Too bad this isn't something that they said, moreso something that they did. Would've been great for next Thursday at 5.

This was a great interview. Brandon's candor and sincerity was evident. I went away feeling happy for him and wondering how anyone could not root for this guy after listening to that segment. Well, done Mac & Speigs!

Bernstein is an insufferable d-bag. He shits all over everyone and everything that is not him, his family, LeBron James, or something he agrees with. Mac should stop trying to re-connect with Boers and just realize that he's a carcass of his former self who does nothing but agree with Bernstein and make goofy noises. What a shit show B&B is. In other words, Mac should end this charade of implied friendship between the two shows and start cutting out at 1pm.

Both Bernsie and Mac have these insufferable tendancies which makes for uncomfortable radio for all parties involved.
What's funny is that Bernsie is perceived to be such a jerk but he's the one in this foursome that tends to be more centered when it comes to offering and accepting criticism. Table gate, the debate about Bautista's newfound power and "1995 humor" are all examples of how the trio tends to get quite testy when they are the subject of the joke or minority opinion.

Waddle and Silvy had Marshall on Monday or Tuesday. I wonder if Mac took it personal or if it was just on principle.

Caught 2-3 minutes of it or so, sounded exactly like every other BM interview I have heard in since he became a Bear.

Caught the replay of the interview last night at 1 a.m.. Was definitely a good listen, & I'd recommend checking out the podcast. Marshall was very candid, which was refreshing to hear instead of the same old BS. Good stuff.

I think he felt at this point in his life that BM has a good story and Mac just wanted to make sure it would be heard.

That's not something S&W can give the story.

I'll give it a listen.

To clarify, I meant I wonder if he took Bernstein's poo pooing it personal or if it was based on principle.
