Really it's getting old buddy. If the bears ever bothered getting two tackles that could block the offense would take off, and Cutler wouldn't get killed out there.

Cutler is an above average QB that can be great if the offensive line wasn't so terrible for over 3 years now.

It's so tiring to hear Danny Mac call Cutler a "game manager" when it makes no sense and when Cutler is one of the best QB's in the 4th quarter.

Makes me want to put ESPN on.

We get it. If Cutler has an All Madden team around him, he can be pretty good.

Cutler is Jeff George. Accept it already.

What a terrific thread to have created, as there's nowhere else to have possibly addressed this issue.

Bears turned Cutler into Erik Kramer and they are cutting his career short just like Kramer.

wow
So how do you explain the 4th quarter performance? Does super-Cutler emerge from a phone booth to overcome the poor line play? Does the line step it up? Or is it possible that Cutler under-performs for 3 quarters? :?

25th in the league in QB rating. He actually has some targets at WR now, along to go with a top 5-10 RB in the NFL. And yet people still make excuses for him.

He is what he is -- an average quarterback with a really good arm, but will make a couple of bad throws a game. Sometimes he gets away with it, other times he doesn't. He's not getting any younger, so accept him for what he is and stop parading him as an elite QB when he's not.

I'm glad somebody in this city recognizes Cutler for what he is. Preach on, DaaaMaaaNaaa.

I'm definitely not going to deny that. Other QB's like Rodgers and Roethlisberger have been able to overcome bad offensive lines too and still perform at a ridiculous level and a really good level.

Again, he is what he is.

Was his line shitty in Denver too, where he never posted a 90+ rating?

That's a fantastic question JB. The answer is no, it was not.

His defense in denver was very shitty. Cutler had to play score tons of points to keep that team afloat.

The most annoying aspect of Mac's Cutler fatigue is that so much of it is frivolity. "Cutler doesn't interview well. Cutler is a jerk. Cutler doesn't answer our questions." And Zawaski's chubby diabetic ass better get over it too. Hockey isn't coming back soon, and when it does, it will still suck.

Do some fucking work, Mac. You aren't gonna "hit the powerball," so you and the king of Super China Buffet better start entertaining me.

Just kidding. I'll still listen.

The Cutler Santa Claus parody song is probably the first one ever that didn't have me turning off the radio.

Really? I didn't find it all that funny. I think one of the best ones the show has done is "I Blame the Line"

Ah, yeah. That was solid as well. I think with this new one, it's just a matter of the Santa Claus song itself being impossible to butcher.
