No it's not.

In citing the confusion caused by the FCC's current policy, Pooler wrote that the FCC found some commonly used expressions to be indecent while others, such as "pissed off," "up yours" and "kiss my ass," were found not to be patently offensive.

Your show is horrible Mac. But when Jurko shows up in July/August, at least much of the board will be happier. Even then, you'll be lucky to get a daily show thread started more than 3 times a week.

What would be celebrated more. Removing princess candyman from the show or punching Bernstein?

Bernstein would derive too much content/pleasure/air time from getting punched by a listener, it'd be worse than the Jim Rome Chris Everett thing.

I'm not so sure Mac could take Bernstein.

Or has princess candyman driven everyone away. We are entering M&H territory here with the amount of show discussion this past week. I will admit that I haven't listened in at least a week and its been great not hearing the candyman though I wouldn't mind Mac and the part timers talking some hawks.

Candyman said he went to the top of the Gateway Arch. For those who haven't been up in the Arch,they squeeze 5 people into a little compartment and if you're taller than a midget you have to lean forward because the car is not high enough to sit up straight in if you're seated on the side seats. Oh the humanity if forced to ride in the same car as Candyman

I guess Terry does not listen to his own show now. He just said "no one has ever said trade Rose......" Dan three months ago mentioned on the show, and I believe wrote, that a long time NBA scout would trade Rose next year citing a) 6'3 guys don't win championships and b) coming off an injury and might not be the same. They are so deep into trolling its becoming absurd.

Hey, Mac, ask your partner if he attended Emerson at the same time as comedian Bill Burr. Burr, after talking Bruins-Leafs Game Seven (which Burr had tickets for that night) for 10 minutes or so, mentioned in his pad-cast yesterday that he completed his "freshman" year at Emerson college at the age of 22. Burr's ~44, maybe a bit older than Candyman? But if Burr was that old as a freshman, he might've overlapped Spiegel.
